Manufacturing Facility

The HIGH-Q Pharmaceuticals’ factory has been designed to meet the cGMP, Regulatory, Environmental, Health and Safety requirements. A massive 11,000 square yards of factory space greets the visitor, a truly modern pharmaceutical factory equipped with the latest pharmaceutical products processing, quality control, warehousing, packaging and distribution with the best Fire Alarm and Fighting System and a High Security Surveillance System backed by Advance CCTV. This reveals the extent of intense investments to build a truly state of the art manufacturing facility.

cephalosporin Facility

A new state of the art area is spread over 1642 square yards. Dedicated ware-housing activities along with cGMP compliant dispensing and sampling booths are provided. The automatic manufacturing technology of oral and injectable Cephalosporins is spread over two large doors on stringent cGMP compliant methods. These doors are equipped with air showers to remove dust and dirt from the person before entering into them. Manufacturing areas are maintained at a temperature ≤ 25ºC and humidity of ≤ 35% respectively.

Carbapenem Facility

The newly constructed carbapenem area is a state-of-the-art facility that speaks for itself. It is also equipped with the imported clean room sandwich-panel technology. The BMS (Building Management System) is also present, well conversant with the cGMP concept.
